Selecting the perfect wedding venue in Mallorca depends on a few key factors that you should clarify at the start of your wedding planning. Just like booking your wedding photographer, you should reserve your venue on the island at least a year in advance. Many aspects of your wedding day-schedule, logistics, and overall possibilities-depend on the venue. So, what should you know before starting your search?
- Approximately how many guests do you expect?
- How many should be able to stay on-site?
- How long do you plan to stay before and after the wedding?
- What do you want to organize yourself? For example, catering, décor, music, etc.
- Which style fits you best? Anything from rustic to ultra-modern is possible.
Once you have a clear idea of these points, you can focus your search for the right wedding venue more effectively. In the next step, take a closer look at each venue and make sure to consider the following:
- Do you have a local contact person? Nothing is more frustrating than hunting for fuses or power outlets during the wedding.

A finca wedding in Mallorca is undoubtedly one of the most popular ways to say “I do” in a unique, authentically local setting. Celebrating until the early morning, cooling off in the pool, and enjoying spectacular views of Mallorca’s landscape are just a few of the compelling reasons to choose a wedding finca. No doubt, the exceptional service at these dream venues creates the perfect atmosphere-and the breathtaking views alone provide an amazing backdrop for photos. Finding wedding venues directly by the sea in Mallorca is not as easy as you might think. Sure, everyone knows Son Marroig, but you need to book very early and prepare for high costs.
